Get Involved!

There are always opportunities to volunteer with The Saints Prison Ministry. No matter what area you choose to serve in, you are sure to find ministering to inmates very rewarding.

Athletics

Use your basketball, soccer, softball or volleyball talents for the Lord. We are always looking for new missionary athletes to join our teams. We play an aggressive schedule of competitive games in prisons in order to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Bulk Mailing Assistant

Volunteers who can come into our New Jersey office and assist with bulk mailings are very much appreciated.

Financial Support

Give to The Saints Prison Ministry as the Lord leads. If you do not have the ability to give yourself, perhaps you could mention us to your church family, your friends or even your employer.

 Host a Dessert Night

Open your home and invite your friends and family over for an evening of introduction to our ministry. We will provide a speaker to explain what we do and how you can get involved. We will even supply the dessert!

Jericho Team Member

Jericho Discipleship Teams provide regular face-to-face mentoring for men and women behind bars. These teams meet either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to conduct worship services and Bible studies with inmates. Join a Jericho team and help reach inmates today!

Lives in Transition

Our prison aftercare affiliate, LIT, is always looking for volunteers to help with filing and research.

Office Volunteers

Bible Correspondence Courses may be graded in our New Jersey office during normal business hours, or general office work such as folding, sorting and filing is always helpful.

Pen Pal

Reach out to lonely men and women behind bars though our pen pal program. Our policy is for men or married couples to write to male inmates and for female pen pals to write to female inmates. Other security precautions are in place to make this a safe and enjoyable experience.

Prayer

Prayer Partners - We send an updated Prayer & Praise list to our Prayer Partners on a weekly basis via email and monthly for those who prefer regular mail. You can also access our Prayer & Praise requests online.

Prayer Warriors - Prayer Warriors pray specifically for inmates who have filled out response cards at our games. We send five cards to each Prayer Warrior monthly and ask that they pray for these prisoners at least once a week. At the end of the month, each Prayer Warrior receives five new cards.

Spanish Correspondence

An estimated 20% of the inmates who are enrolled in our Bible Correspondence School are Spanish speaking. We always have openings for people who know Spanish and are willing to grade Bible courses and to serve as pen pals.
